Kings Point, one of the most active adult communities in Florida, Kings Point offers 3 major clubhouses, 6 pools as well as several hot tubs. The Kings Point North Clubhouse is 90,000 square foot Clubhouse amenities including indoor pool and spa, an outdoor pool with a large deck area for poolside parties and socializing, card room, billiards room, Internet café, art room, dance studio, as well as several hobby and game rooms. Café Le Perk, serves continental breakfast and deli-style lunchand is open during the morning and early afternoon.

Veterans Theater inside this main clubhouse is a multi-purpose venue for everything from club dances and parties to movie night on our movie theater sized screen. On many nights it converts into an 850 seat theater that host performances by artists of every musical genre and several local theater productions. Tickets are purchased at the Box Office in the lobby.

The Kings Point South Club is home to 30,000 square foot resort-style luxury clubhouse. The Palm Court Restaurant and Bar, offers casual dining prepared by on site chefs. Complementing the new restaurant is a beautiful bar that overlooks a golf course and quiet pond, guaranteeing gorgeous sunsets to go along with your evening cocktail. Don’t miss happy hour even if you are not a drinker, you will enjoy meeting the many residents that gather at the South Club.

Join your friends in the card room for a game of Texas Hold’Em or play Mahjong or bridge. Enjoy a pitcher of beer, a sandwich or a snack, After your round of golf at Falcon Watch or Scepter stop by the Palm Court for a cold pitcher of beer or iced tea. And if you are a sun worship- per, the South Club offers cookouts and live entertainment on the pool deck. Sit in your pool chair and enjoy a hot dog and cold beverage while you listen to the sounds of local bands.

The sponsors karaoke nights where you can grab a microphone and entertain your friends and neighbors. The Jubilee Hall is home to regular entertainment featuring live music and dancing. Rockin’ Rendezvous is a particular favorite for informal dancing and fun. During the day, the Jubilee Hall converts into space for table tennis, cards and resident social events.

This clubhouse also includes a small fitness center, Internet cafe, hobby and craft studios, indoor lap pool and an outdoor resort-style pool and spa. There are also volleyball and Pickleball courts adjacent to the club house.

The latest addition to the community is the 2020 Centre. This 25,000-square-foot, state of the art clubhouse is more than just a fitness and wellness center. The 2020 Centre provides services designed to offer a total mind-body experience for residents and their guests.

The 2020 Centre is one of three private clubhouses in Kings Point.. The Kings Point 2020 Centre is a two story facility that includes a fitness center, aerobics studio, and Yoga studio. Spa Serenity, lo- cated at one end of the facility, offers an array of spa services including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and a hair salon. A culinary arts studio and classrooms are easily accessible via elevator up- stairs. Entry requires a resident key card.

There is something for everyone in Kings Point.The theater, located in the Main Clubhouse, seats 850 guests and offers a variety of entertainment to enhance the active adult lifestyle in Kings Point:. First class professional entertainment – 18 shows throughout the year on our theater stage: musical groups spanning many years and a variety of musical styles including pop, country and rock; comedy acts; orchestra concerts and more.. Two of the most popular events are put on by the residents themselves: The Follies Show (talent show) and Lip Sync Show offer fun and often hilarious entertainment every year. You can catch an afternoon matinee or enjoy an eve- ning movie with ice cream or popcorn – scheduled regularly in the theater.

In addition to the daily dining options at Le Perk and Palm Court Café, special dinners are offered every month, including Prime Rib Night, Surf & Turf Night, and the Monthly Dinner. Learn a new craft or hone your skill: Ceramics, Lapidary, Fiber Arts and the Wood Shop have dedicated space in the Main Clubhouse, while Pottery and Stained Glass are located in the South Club.

Dance, Dance, Dance: clubs and classes include ballroom, country western, line dancing, Hawaiian style, social dance, square dance, tap- pers and cloggers can be found in the Clubhouses. Join in and dance for health and fitness or just for fun!
